Building Atlas is a structured decision layer for portfolio retrofit planning. The anatomy

Portfolio explorer
Every asset in your portfolio in one ranked view, by MEES exposure, stranding risk, retrofit capex, payback, climate hazard, or any combination you choose. You can filter, group, compare, and drill all the way down to the individual building.
Asset baseline
For each building we hold an EPC status, current energy and carbon, building geometry, planning history, sector, and information from any documents you have attached. Each field carries a confidence level that tells you whether the value is observed, inferred, or estimated.
Retrofit measurement and risk engine
A physics-based model that screens every viable measure against the building: fabric, HVAC, lighting, controls, renewables. For each measure you get capex, energy saving, carbon impact, EPC movement, payback, marginal abatement cost and valuation impact.
Scenario planner
Compare alternative retrofit programmes side by side. Budget-constrained, deadline-led, ROI-led, or net-zero-led; you see the trade-offs before committing capital.
Roadmap scheduler
Sequence measures over years, with lease events, capex cycles, and compliance deadlines layered in. The output is a year-by-year programme defendable by the asset and finance teams.
Reporting and export
An IC-ready PDF, a structured data export, and disclosure-aligned outputs for TCFD/IFRS S2, SECR, GRESB, and EPRA sBPR. The platform outputs the data you need in the format that's most helpful to you.
